An elegant wedding at the Metropolitan Club wedding venue in New York

We were thrilled to find out how we got contacted for the wedding of Christina and Michael at the Metropolitan Club wedding venue! When you do a great job, word travels fast, and we felt that power one day when we learned that a mother of one of our brides raved about our services, she had attended a friend’s wedding as a guest that we photographed!

Christina’s mother saw the photos of her friend’s elegant wedding and fell in love with them! The previous wedding was such an amazing experience for us, so photographing this one felt like a natural progression of the first celebration. Just wonderful families celebrating the tying of the knot with beautiful traditions and cherished values.

Entering the Metropolitan Club wedding venue felt like a dream. This iconic place was built at the end of the 19th century, so the interior and exterior carry such diligent historic beauty that is a privilege to behold. Regal and art-infused, it is a venue that can make any dream elegant wedding come to life. Weeks before that, we were guided by a vendor walkthrough so we all prepared together for this occasion.

The ceremony was held at St. Vincent Ferrer highlighted by a special moment when Christina’s brother and his string trio performed a specially arranged work in honor of the couple, a very emotional moment.

The reception was in the Club’s ballroom, planned in every detail and tastefully decorated emitting a warm glow, happy faces everywhere. The end of the incredible night was a shower of flower petals raining down on the exiting newlyweds.
